• 6 monthly building inspections complete with photos and detailed condition of building with our recommendations. This is an invaluable service particularly for those owners whom do not reside in the building. If we believe any work is required within the common areas of your building, we will organise two free quotes, ready to be tabled and voted on at your next AGM.
• Web-based online access for all owners storing 6 monthly inspection reports, detailed financial statements, strata documents and copies of all invoices, work orders and quotes and owner and building information.
• Cost-effective regular maintenance services and access to quality tradesmen we have used for over 20 years.
• Discounted property management services.
• Tailored service package charged as a flat fee per lot.
